GRUNJEE LABS Talk to Ethan

One human.
A lot of hats.

Hey, I’m Ethan. Computer repair, filmmaking, websites, and business systems all ended up on the same bench.

I’m based in Benton City, Washington. Grunjee Labs is where those skills come together to help business owners make their technology less expensive, less frustrating, and easier to use.

You don’t need a perfect brief or the technical vocabulary. Show me what’s driving you nuts.

Why I’m building
Grunjee Labs.

I’ve been waiting my whole life for technology to catch up to the future I grew up imagining.

Watching science fiction, I imagined being able to tell a computer what I needed, have it understand, and get on with my life.

Instead, we got dashboards. Subscriptions. A different app for everything. We learned their menus, followed their workflows, and bent the way we think to fit the way their software worked.

Technology promised to save us time. Somehow, managing it became another job.

AI is starting to change that. We can explain what we need in our own words. We have new ways to connect old tools and hand off the busywork between them. The future I grew up imagining finally feels within reach.

That’s why I’m building Grunjee Labs: to wrangle the technology you already have into simpler systems that work for you. Fewer things to manage. Less time figuring out software. More time living.

My goal is personal. I want my life back. The time and attention technology was supposed to save me. More time with my family, less time at a computer.

I want to help you get yours back, too.

Technology should give you your life back.

We fix your tech. Then we fire ourselves.

Our job is to make us less necessary. We fix the problem, show you how it works, and hand over the keys. Call us when you need us.

See the price.

An approved scope, project cost, ongoing cost, and outside charges before paid work begins.

Keep the keys.

Clear account access, agreed files and data, and an explained exit path. Third-party limits get called out.

Know the setup.

Plain instructions: what was built, why it works, what it costs, and which limits matter.

Need less help.

Simpler systems and a useful handoff, so you can handle more without calling someone.

AI behind the scenes.
Humans in charge.

We use AI as an invisible superpower: reducing busywork, spotting problems, and building simpler systems. A human reviews the work and takes responsibility for what we deliver. We agree on how private client information can be used before involving AI tools.

No AI-generated art or fake photography. Our visuals come from real photography and human-made design.

What working
together feels like.

A real person, plain language, and an agreed next step.

Start with the problem.

A few sentences by email are enough to start. A meeting is optional. We work out what needs a closer look.

Make the cost clear.

You get the scope and price before paid work. If something bigger turns up, we discuss it before adding work.

Leave with something useful.

The agreed result, access, and instructions. The handoff should make the setup easier to manage.

Show me
the problem.

For brochure-style sites: pages, photos, a contact form. Online stores, booking systems, and member logins get a custom quote. Half your current ongoing website cost is confirmed after review. Setup work, refreshes, and custom features are quoted separately and approved by you first. Domain, email, or ad spend bundled into your current bill gets reviewed separately.
