GRUNJEE LABS Talk to Ethan

Switch it.
Refresh it.
Build it.

A smaller ongoing bill, an improved existing site, or something new from scratch. Each gets its own scope and price.

Choose the right job

Keep the service.
Separate the scope.

01 / CLONE AND MIGRATE

A familiar site.
A different provider.

Every migration uses Next.js or Vite by default. Recreate the existing, authorized design and content on that standard foundation, keep the approved look and required features, and reduce the comparable ongoing bill by 50%.

Cut my website bill in half

We review before we move.

  • Content and design permissions
  • Domain, hosting, and account access
  • Forms, integrations, and required features
  • Comparable ongoing services and external costs

Migration to Next.js or Vite is part of our standard service. We review the total setup work and approve any charges before starting. The first total migration hour is free for qualifying brochure sites, including assessment, recreation/setup, testing, and handoff.

02 / REFRESH AN EXISTING SITE

Improve what’s there.

Improve appearance, content, or usability while keeping the useful structure and content. All sites moving to us get Next.js or Vite by default. The refresh quote covers the agreed improvements.

  • Appearance and layout improvements
  • Clearer copy and content
  • Navigation and usability fixes

The refresh gets a separate project quote from ongoing care.

03 / BUILD FROM SCRATCH

Make something new.

Create a new design, structure, and functionality around what your business needs the site to do, using our standard Next.js or Vite setup.

  • New structure and page design
  • Required forms and functionality
  • Agreed launch and handoff

Custom quote after consultation. Ongoing care is confirmed separately.

A modern foundation.
Standard with every site.

Every site moving to us is automatically migrated to Next.js or Vite as part of our standard service. It is the foundation for switches, refreshes, and new builds.

REPLACE THE PLATFORM

Retire the old setup.

The replacement runs on its own codebase. We rebuild the agreed functions and retire the old WordPress or site-builder setup. The new software and connected services still need care.

UNDERSTAND THE HANDOFF

Source files + a clear path.

The quote identifies the source files, account access, build and deployment instructions, and hosting requirements included in your handoff. Third-party dependencies are explained.

PLAN THE EVERYDAY USE

Know how updates happen.

We agree how content editing, forms, bookings, stores, and other required functions will work. The original platform’s editor and apps are replaced or reconnected as scoped.

Next.js or Vite is standard with every site. The half-price offer concerns ongoing website costs. Any setup charges and substantial design or functionality changes are reviewed and approved upfront. We agree on content editing, required features, and any specific performance goals for your site.

What changes
under the hood?

React builds the interface. Vite packages the code for hosting. Next.js is a React framework with page rendering and server features. WordPress combines a publishing system, editor, themes, and plugins.

Need something
changed? Just ask.

A new photo, updated hours, a service you’ve added. Send the request and we handle it. Here’s what standard care includes.

Hosting + SSL

A home for your site, with HTTPS on the agreed setup.

Routine maintenance

Keep the supported site and its underlying setup maintained.

Uptime checks + backups

Checks and backups for the agreed setup, with recovery limits explained.

Unlimited small edits (fair use)

Hours, photos, text swaps, and a new blurb. Bigger changes receive a price before work starts.

Small edits are unlimited within fair use: hours, photos, text swaps, and a new blurb. Bigger work, including new pages, redesigns, and new features, gets a price before we start. Domains, licenses, and external services are disclosed separately.

Read care and support boundaries

Send the change.
That’s the whole process.

  1. Send it.

Email the change: “Closed Monday for the holiday.”

  2. We draft it.

We prepare the update on your site.

  3. A human checks it.

Ethan reviews and publishes. Nothing goes live without a person looking at it.

  4. You see it.

You get a link to the live update.

Most small edits are live within 1 business day.

No dashboard to learn. No login to forget.

Rather do it yourself? We can set up a simple editor. It’s on your quote.

Review. Recreate.
Test. Switch.

  1. Review + approve.

Confirm access, permissions, features, ongoing price, and any setup work in the written scope.

  2. Rebuild + test.

Create the replacement codebase and test agreed pages, forms, integrations, content updates, and any needed redirects. Resolve differences within the approved scope.

  3. Plan the switch.

Agree on domain changes and timing. Keep the old service in place while preparing and checking the replacement.

  4. Confirm + hand over.

Confirm the new site is working, explain cancellation of the old service, and provide the agreed access and instructions.

Timing, compatibility, and migration limits depend on the existing provider and site. We confirm them before approval.

Your website.
Your choices.

Account access, files, and handoff are part of the scope, with outside platform limits explained.

An explained exit.

If you later switch again, we explain the handoff steps and quote any additional work before it begins.

Read the service terms

Straight answers.
About the switch.

Can I keep my domain?

We review domain control and access, then plan the switch around the domain you already use where possible. Domain registration and third-party costs remain separate line items.

Can I keep the same design?

For clone and migrate, we recreate the design and content you are authorized to use on a new technical foundation. We check rights, access, and platform limits first. A substantial design change is a separately quoted refresh.

What happens to forms and integrations?

We inventory forms, bookings, stores, memberships, and other connections before quoting. The old platform’s features do not transfer automatically. The approved scope says how each required feature will be rebuilt, replaced, or connected to a third-party service. We test the agreed connections before the switch.

How will I edit content after the conversion?

Email the change. We prepare the update, Ethan reviews it, and you get a link to see it live. If you prefer editing yourself, we can include a simple editor in the quote. The old platform’s editor is replaced; any editor or connected-service costs are shown before approval.

What does ongoing care include?

Hosting + SSL, backups, updates, uptime checks, and unlimited small edits within fair use. A small edit takes a few minutes; bigger changes get their own approved price. Pricing explains the support and recovery boundaries.

Are there setup charges?

The first total migration hour is free for qualifying brochure sites. Additional straightforward migration work is $50/hour with approval. Complex migrations, refreshes, and new builds get a separate quote. All setup costs are shown before work begins.

What happens if I leave?

We explain the accounts, files, data, and third-party dependencies involved in a handoff. Any additional migration work gets a price before approval. The written quote sets out the applicable service and cancellation arrangements.
