Small edits are unlimited within fair use: hours, photos, text swaps, and a new blurb. Bigger changes, including new pages, redesigns, custom code, and new features, are quoted before work starts. Backup coverage and restore limits are confirmed for the setup.

Response + recovery

Inquiries: Ethan follows up within 1 business day after receiving the message. Most small edits are live within 1 business day. Human coverage: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific daily. Outage investigation and recovery attempts target 3–5 covered hours, best effort. Response time is distinct from resolution.

Access + migration

We confirm rights and access before moving an existing site. Third-party licenses, platform limits, and ongoing costs are explained. Paid work begins after you approve the scope and price.
